Hi everyone, Sign ups on-line or in person at any NOCE office begin in March 2019 for adult Kung-fu San Shou and women's self defence. Classes begin first week in April 2019. Make sure you sign up a few weeks in advance to reserve your spot. And bring your friends. Looking forward to training with you all. See you soon. Salute!
